Add Line Rental


 Use this option to add/change Line Rental.



Customer Service Main Menu

Type 6 on Command Line, ENTER

Telco Equipment & Information

Type 5 on Command Line, ENTER

Service & Equipment Maint.

F6 to add

 Service & Equipment Maint.

 TL - Telephone, ENTER to continue

Service Number

Service Number - Defaults with the customer's phone number. If they have more than one phone number, F4 and select the number that the code applies to, with X and ENTER

REL ( Kirk charged at 7.98)

RTREL (Ozone no charge attached)

RELUN (Unity 2 charged at 4.00)

RELIT (Unity 3 free line rental)

To add Line Rental



Item shows with an In Date of today's date. F12 Twice back F3


Certain disputes will need to have their stage changed so they are sent to the appropriate department to

deal with. Once the Dispute has been entered.

 F15 Staging

F6 to view the stages the Dispute will go through.

F12 to change the Stage.

F4 Prompt and select the request stage with '1' ENTER Twice

F3 Exit


The dispute should be closed when the matter has been resolved. Or if the dispute has been entered incorrectly

(note if an adjustment has been done on a dispute, this will close it automatically.)

 F16 A memo box will appear. Type as much detail as possible, press ENTER, then press F6


 NB. If you are updating or adding to a Memo start with *** this will indicate to anyone looking at the

Memo at a later date that it has been updated.
